All orders are normally dispatched within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) upon receipt of an order. Actual dispatch time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and successful payment processing. Any time or date quoted by ReflexologyUK Ltd for delivery is given as an estimate and provided on a best endeavour basis. ReflexologyUK Ltd will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver in accordance with the estimated dispatch time, but cannot be held liable in any way for any shortages, errors, damages, losses or expenses incurred by the purchaser or any other entity occurring due to failure to deliver within the estimated time.

Postage and Packing is extra and delivery is by first class Royal Mail. International shipping will be subject to Royal Mail Airmail schedules.
Customers wishing to return goods to ReflexologyUK Ltd must e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org to advise us that you wish to return an item. Customers may return goods without any reason provided they notify ReflexologyUK Ltd within 14 days of delivery and return goods within 30 days of delivery providing they are unused, in A1 Condition and contained in their original packaging. Goods returned without reason not meeting these specifications will not be accepted and no refund, replacement or credit will be issued. Costs of shipping and insuring any returns will be borne by the customer until in the receipt of ReflexologyUK Ltd.
Before carrying out any therapy, it is important that the client consults their doctor, if they suffer from any health problem, or special conditions, or are in doubt as to the suitability of the treatment.
Damaged / Incorrect Goods and Shortages
All must be reported 14 days of delivery of an order In the unlikely event that the Purchaser should receive a package that has been damaged contains incorrect goods or has a shortage, the Purchaser must report this to ReflexologyUK Ltd within 14 days of delivery by email to: email@example.com. You will then need to provide exact details of the damage, incorrect goods or shortage. A replacement will then be sent along with a returns envelope for you to return the original item. Only in the case of damaged, incorrect goods or shortages being received will ReflexologyUK Ltd be responsible for postage costs incurred to return the goods and in the result of an exchange, dispatch new item(s). Any damages or shortages reported after 14 days of delivery cannot be accepted. Any claim accepted by ReflexologyUK Ltd will be fully satisfied by replacement of the defective or damaged goods or by credit note at the prices ruling at the date of the original delivery of the goods to the Purchaser.
All defective goods must be reported within 30 days of delivery. All DVD’s are supplied as brand new A1 condition. If in the case goods are reported to ReflexologyUK Ltd as being defective with 30 days of the purchase date, the purchaser must state the exact nature and extent of any defects reported by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. ReflexologyUK Ltd will then dispatch a pre-paid returns envelope to the purchaser for return of reported item(s) to ReflexologyUK Ltd. ReflexologyUK Ltd will then inspect the goods upon their receipt and if in the opinion of ReflexologyUK Ltd the goods are found to be manufactured as defective, will replace the goods free of charge with no affect on the consumers’ statutory rights. If upon inspection of the goods no defects are found, the item will be returned to the purchaser with a handling charge of £7.50 being levied. ReflexologyUK Ltd shall not be liable for defects resulting from goods being stored or used where unsuitable environmental conditions prevail or which have been subject to abnormal degrees of temperature, humidity, light, strain or other treatment.
ReflexologyUK Ltd, reserves the right to discontinue the supply of goods and services without notice. ReflexologyUK Ltd shall be under no liability for any misadventure or damages whether direct, indirect, contributory or ensuing from the use of this website, purchase of goods from ReflexologyUK Ltd or subsequent ownership of said goods by the purchaser of said goods.
