Customers wishing to cancel the ReflexologyUK Ltd course booking must be made in writing by e-mail: email@example.com to advise us within 14 days of receiving the booking confirmation (not the date of the course commencement) and 1 day prior to course commencement if the interval to the course start date is less than 14 days.
Thereafter, course fees and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless eight weeks notice prior to the course start date is given in writing and an administration fee will be deducted (see the course information sheet for the fee, normally £30).
Non-attendance at the course due to personal reasons, withdrawal or failure to submit work/case studies leaves ReflexologyUK Ltd with no obligation to reimburse the student fees or allow course transfers.
It is the right of the tutor to ask any student that is disruptive to leave the class at any time during their training if they feel they are a negative or disruptive influence on the other students. This is in fairness of the other students and is very rare but will be carried out if necessary, no refunds of a student’s deposit or balance will be given if this happens.
Payments and Instalments
Course fees are paid in FULL or can be paid over 3 instalments (course information sheet states if available). With instalments please pay your initial deposit upon enrolment (cheque or the on-line payment method). The second and third payments at the start of Module 1 and Module 2 respectively are required to be paid. BACS payments are preferred, details will be provided. Please contact Teresa Rich if you wish to pay by cheque, any payment failures will incur a £15 admin charge.
The exam fee is not included in the course fee and due in advance of the proposed exam date. It is the responsibility of all students on the course to pay by the due date so the exam date availability can be confirmed. Any delay to the exam fee payment will put the proposed exam date at risk for all students on the course.
On line support is normally available 5 days a week during normal working hours (except public holidays). You will be informed of exceptions.
We reserve the right to cancel the course. In this case we will notify you 7 days prior to the course date, and advise you of an alternative date/venue or provide you with a full refund. We will accept no responsibility for expenses incurred under these circumstances.

We will endeavour to make you aware of the prerequisite qualification prior to booking the course. However, it is the responsibility of the student to make sure that they have the relevant qualification when booking on the course when they are accepted for enrolment.
ITEC Reflexology and Massage Case Studies
For the ITEC Reflexology and Massage Courses it is expected that all students attend all dates and have submit all case studies for marking 1 week before the exam date, this is inclusive in the course fees. Case study marking beyond 1 week before the exam date (up to a maximum of 3 months) will incur the following fees:
a) £10 to mark each case study treatment
b) £20 Admin Fee for submission
