Dear Teresa,
Thankyou very much for the colour chart, that is really helpful.
The introduction to hand reflexology course last saturday was superb, far better than expected!
I have already used it on my daughter, it was an excellent taster!
Thanks for all the hard work you put in, you are a very good teacher.

My daughter and I both enjoyed the reflexology taster last Saturday. It was very good and great to learn some reflexology and get a feel for what its all about. If I can change my work hours I hope to do the course next year.

It was a good day

Many thanks

Hi Teresa,

I was good to get your e-mail today, thankyou.

Although I am not intending to take up a career in reflexology I found the day so very interesting and absorbing. I do beleive the fact that it was so interesting was due to all your hard work and being a good trainer as well as therapist. Obviously it was disappointing that Katharine couldn't have proper reflexology
but I am sure once she has had her baby we will be able to "practice" on each other. In the meantime I will be able to give her the foot massage which will be very relaxing.
Thankyou once again for an extremely interesting and enlightening day.

Regards Pauline

Hi Teresa,
Thankyou for a relaxing and informative day. I felt that it was well organized and lovely folk that attended. I was a little worried about touching someone elses feet, but when it came to it i saw it from a different angle (HA HA)sorry.

Many thanks

I found the Life Coaching taster at bournemouth library really useful and fun. Eight days on, I am still listing my accomplishments each day, and have even taught others to simply say "Thankyou" when receiving a compliment. Highly recommended! Nichola
