The aim of the workshop is to give a basic introduction to being your own life coach for people. You will learn how to apply the physical process of life coaching by taking control of your own life in a positive way.
What knowledge do I need?
No prior knowledge is required by the start of the course, only a desire to want to find out more about being your own life coach.
The workshop is designed for health care workers, and any other person who does not know much about life coaching, but would like to find out more. If you would like to do the certificate in life coaching, this workshop gives some of the basic knowledge needed.
How will I benefit and what will I achieve?
By the end of the workshop, learners will be able to:
Build their own personal power and excude self-confidence.
Show motivational skills
Demonstrate a positive mental attitude
During the workshop the tutor will provide information and advice about what the workshop will cover and how it will be taught.
You will possibly find that you have a lot in common with other students, and that by doing so have had fun in the process.
What materials do I need ?
Please bring a pen and writing pad to the workshop
